In this episode I have an intriguing guest. Matt Hoffman has spent the last 13 years in cannabis. Both owning and operating grows and dispensaries. Now he helps cannabis job seekers get jobs in the cannabis space through their Non Profit called 'Our Cannabis.'
His team and Matt make work readiness classes available, for free, to anyone who wants help getting a job in the the cannabis industry.
Our Cannabis is the first and only Cannabis Nonprofit in the business of preparing job seekers for employment 100% for FREE.
There isn't much they haven't done in cannabis and that's why they feel they are the right people to help, because they know what it's like out in the cannabis space, they helped grow it.
