Ep 37: Pain Is Your Brain Telling You To Stop Doing That!

Pain is a sign that were doing something were not supposed to be doing ! In theory, tripping, falling, getting hurt playing sports, being dragged by your dog, picking up your baby, being in the wrong place, lifestyle choices and doing exercises in the wrong form or excessively are all things that you can get hurt in.
Pain is warning signals from the brain, meant to protect you. Wether you listen to those signals or not is up to you. Adults are better at listening to these signals better than the youth. Having a positive attitude about the pain you deal with is part of the method for getting past your challenge.
Pain is a system in your body trying to protect you even if you feel like it is an inconvenience. Growing a greater understanding of your body and what it is supposed to do and not do can be just what is needed for you to eliminate the pain. This allows you to potentially turn off those autonomous systems your brain uses from a lack of understanding concepts.

This episode is a combination of experiences of the pain i have dealt with & eliminated. In addition to years of experience, research, data collection, trial & error with clients I have had involving pain! I have helped many people eliminate some form of pain!
