This was a fun one for us, we finally were able to sit down with one of our biggest supporters and support one of her passion projects. Billie Paschal is the co-Director and co-Creator of the SimGhost mentorship program. We have both been involved with Simghosts and their mentorship since its inception and love what Billie and Nick Brauer (Who was on Ep. 10) have done with is as its evolved through the years. 

If you don't know Billie, are you really in Sim? I affectionately refer to her as the "Healthcare Simulation Cheerleader". She has an infectious personality that always lights up a room. So sit back and smile with us as you listen to Ep 37.
