Nicole immigrated to the U.S over 16 years ago and has had profound personal and professional experiences that increase her impact in helping others navigate higher education and has become a champion for diversity, equity, and inclusion. She has spent the last decade working in MBA admissions, supporting early-career students, and coaching high school students who are the future of our nation. Nicole can always be found hanging out with her tiny humans and husband or exploring her new love for crossword puzzles and the show Jeopardy.
