Here, I talk about one of the primary relationships in my world with Nicole Smith, The Artisans Solutions.

 

This relationship is important to me for many reasons and has a wonderful balance of business and personal with clarity and safety.

 

Why? Because we have established a process of calibration. Some call it brutal honesty. Um, that shit sounds painful. Calibration is about adjusting and adapting to events, feelings, things...human-ing in personal and business worlds.

 

This relationship is an excellent representation of all of the relationships in my world. All of my business and personal relationship have continual calibration. Since bringing this in with my people and making it normal for all of us. Some have moved away, being not their thing now or ever, and others have felt the feeling of increased safety and strength. With this, we have each continued to attack the same in new people we meet.

 

It's a wonderful skill to draw on continually.

 

I look forward to sharing and modelling ways it shows up in and around me.
