The digital transformation of workplaces has brought about an incredible amount of freedom for people and companies, but it’s also contributed to increased interruptions, and a difficulty to switch off from work. In today’s episode, Mark and David discuss the dangers of businesses racing towards digital transformation without a strategy or an idea of best practices. They also talk about the role that digital signage can play in reducing information overload by allowing people to pick up and absorb information in a more ambient way, and what they learned about screen engagement from a two-month behavioural study.
