Lara Gwyn started her health coaching business, Lara Gwyn Wellness, after being in the corporate world for 20 years. Focusing on nutrition and movement she guides clients to meet their wellness goals while focusing on mindset. Her model is based on the deep belief that we can be kind to ourselves and meet lofty goals at the same time.
I really enjoyed this conversation with Lara because she is just so honest and real about the journey of following your passion and starting a business based around it. She shares about quitting her safe corporate job and doesn’t sugarcoat the process.
