"If I don't move to the city before they build that car dealership I will kill myself"

I wrote that in my journal because I grew up in a place that I just can't seem to get out of with hopes of a larger experience. I'm turning 27 this year. I know in the grand scheme of things that isn't too old but if I don't do something now I will never get out.

All I'm doing is just getting older. Am I getting any wiser? Any kinder? Any smarter? More loving? More mindful? More attentive? Less angry? Less defensive? Less attractive?

I don't know, really. All I know is that I'm just getting older. Oh, and that I don't care for car dealerships too much.
