On todays episode I welcome Jonathan Seaborn & Kaysie Ellingson into the studio. These two are local film makers and producers here in Lubbock. Jonathan and Kaysie both work for the local PBS station and are working on a new series called "Beyond The Report". This specific 10 part series focuses on the women in Lubbock, poverty and how these women power through the circumstances they are dealt. Poverty is not just a local problem. It is a national issue! I loved this conversation and some of the stats they share with us are staggering. Truly an inspiration to lend that helping hand.
