Deborah is an Executive Career Coach with 32 years at the U.S.
Secret Service, including 25+ years in leadership across
government and nonprofits. Passionate about helping
professionals pursue fulfilling careers, she believes that work can
be more than just a paycheck—but a clear connection to your
‘why,’ turning everyday work into a purposeful journey.
Throughout her career in forensic science, Deborah loved every
aspect of the work. She met many professionals that felt stuck in
their position and were searching for deeper fulfillment. This
inspired her to coach individuals and teams, helping them identify
strengths, set goals, and create a career path that is not only
meaningful, but giving them an active seat and voice at the table.
Deborah’s mission is to help individuals and teams discover their
strengths, align their careers with their purpose, and create
meaningful impact in their work. Her goal is to equip people with
