For our second week of Little Red Riding Hood Month, we are journeying back into the world of the (Fairly) True Tales Series through the third book in the sreies, Red by Liesl Shurtliff! After we thoroughly enjoyed Shurtliff's Grump during Snow White Month, we are excited to find out how she has reimagined the girl in the red cape. This middle grade novel focuses on Red, a young girl who begins a quest for ingredients for a cure-all spell when her granny falls ill, and comes face-to-face with a wolf, a huntsman, a beast, a bear, a witch, a dwarf, a girl with golden locks, and many adventures! We break it all down in this week's episode!
