Going outside and being active is a great way to improve your mental health, and we discuss ways to get started... As always remember you can drink the wheat grass shot, eat the kale salad, and do 50 pilates classes weekly, but if you're ignoring the things going on in your head and heart... you're still not truly healthy! So gone ahead and seek therapy, all the cool kids are doin it.
