I guess we can all agree that it is not a pleasant feeling to feel drained in ones energy and demotivated. I can at least speak for myself, that of course I enjoy the fun and pleasurable moments in life more than the moments where I feel low, tired and totally demotivated. And yes, I have those moments too. I am even pretty sure that we all as human beings have ups and downs to some degree. Why this is so, you will find out in this episode. Yet, there are different ways to experience these ups and downs. And it is also possible to not need to fall into deep holes anymore as more as we see why these deep lows are there for.
I've been in many of these deep lows including a period in my life where I was mentally and physically so exhausted that I didn't see a way out of it anymore. Remember, that this is not forever and whenever you feel stuck right now, there is a way out of it.
