We continue our Trick-or-Treat October with dark comedy The Witches (1990). This a fun, family film about a young boy, a friend and his grandmother having to defeat a group of witches in order to protect the children of Great Britain and the world. The boy, Luke, has to save the day all while being in the form of a mouse after being forced to drink a potion by the cruel witches. This story falls more in line with folktales about witches. (Warning; there are some covert antisemitic themes in the movie/story; this is common in witch stories).
