Now he explains that every business that sells hearing aids may have a different warranty, however he will explain how it's conducted at Virtue Hearing Aid Center in Montebello.

Once you buy a brand new hearing aid at Virtue Hearing you get 3 years of loss/damage warranty. Here is what it covers:

- Repair warranty: Covers parts, cracks, button controls that break, battery doors, and malfunctions.

- Loss & Damage warranty: This will come into effect if the hearing aid gets completely destroyed, meaning, beyond repair. Also if you lose your hearing aid this will cover them to replace them one time however there is deductible.

Here at Virtue Hearing Aid you can only use the Loss & Damage warranty once.
