Oh yea and on a side note… this isn't a perfect science, a one-size-fits-all, or a "do it my way or the highway" kind of routine. It's a find what works for you and then practice it over and over again until you find one that works for you. 

Also, be flexible. If your routine becomes a chore then switch it up… incorporate new things and or take out things that aren't serving you anymore. 

Be creative but realistic about your goals for your morning routine and…
