Matt DeAngelis is a Broadway actor who is in the ensemble for Waitress the Musical (which just opened on Broadway on September 4th)! Before that, Matt made his Broadway debut in Diane Paulus’s revival of HAIR! Other productions Matt has worked on include the 1st national tour of American Idiot, 1st National Tour of Once, and Matt came back to Broadway with another Diane Paulus show- alongside Jessie Mueller and the rest of the amazing original Broadway cast of Waitress! He also went out on the tour with Waitress alongside Christine Dwyer, his real-life wife! There are so many things on Matt’s resume that I couldn’t fit in this short bio, but he is amazing and I was fortunate enough to see him on the road right before he left! 

I am so excited for him to join my show this week! AND I cannot wait for you to hear this interview as we talk about coming back to Broadway, rehearsal guidelines, how tour life impacted him, what he learned on the road, and so much more!
