Dennis is widely known as The Anxiety Guy and had tried all the anxiety cures he could find to overcome his challenges with anxiety.

However, generalised anxiety turned to panic disorder and panic disorder turned to health anxiety and it wasn’t long until he decided to take matters into his own hands.

It was then that he took all that he had learned about anxiety and used it to reverse negative thinking patterns, reframe his childhood trauma and steer himself towards inner peace and now he uses these insights to help others do the same.

He’s the creator of the End The Anxiety Program, author of Me Vs Myself, F**k Coping Start Healing and Beyond Anxiety.

Dennis is also the host of ‘The Anxiety Guy Podcast’ which has over 4 million downloads and he also offers the anxiety guy YouTube channel that has over 10 million verified views.
