A single plastic bottle that goes into our oceans takes almost 450 years to decompose. We have a huge plastic crisis around us and it is time for all of us to do our bit. This is the theme of my Tikkun Olam at school and I want to dedicate this episode to bringing some awareness about this issue.  I will also be discussing the concept of Ayurveda in my Discover Yoga segment. And finally, in our short story segment called Konichiwa Izumi, Tokyo gets buried under a material. What could that be?
