Anxiety is depicted in movies and tv as someone hyperventilating into a brown bag, and that’s not exactly accurate. Anxiety can look like many things for different people. It can become so disruptive in our lives. In this first part, I share for the first time what anxiety looks like for me and how I know when I need to ask for help.
