We all saw the wild success of the Women's Marches on January 21st. Next Wednesday is The Day Without a Woman and International Women's Day. These initiatives are doing a good job bringing women together and raising awareness, but what else can we do? In today's episode, I share three strategies for building your own movement and showing up as a leader. I share a few stories about how not to do it and give you steps to take so you can start making a bigger impact. I also share something very exciting going on my life and invite you to get involved.
