Ep 39: Why You Should Break Up With Social Media Rules

Breaking up with social media "rules" is hard to do, but in this episode, Regan shows you how to break free from the rules, spend less time worrying about engagement, and create more time and energy for your clients. Social media can be an important part of a coach's sales strategy, but when producing content starts to feel forced, and you find yourself working harder than ever as sales stagnate, burnout is just around the corner.

As she says, "Sometimes you just need to say 'fuck it' to the rules which are taking up way too much space in your brain, and keeping you from focusing instead on signing more clients!"
