Mills also talks about creating the album during covid, "The Sinner Rides Again" is the continuation of the 2021 debut album, "Sermons Of The Sinner", Pantera's Vulgar Display of Power carried and saved metal when Rob Halford left Judas Priest, Bruce Dickenson left Iron Maiden and when grunge was taking over.
