For National Volunteer week we hailed the unsung heroes who exist at every club. The guys and girls who give up their precious time to help their local community clubs. Without them, clubs like ours simply wouldn't exist. 

With no special guest this week we stuck to the core four hosts of Rupdog, Naz, Tucky and Jimmy. The originals. Los amigos. But the question is, did we have what it takes to carry the pod? We'll leave that for you to decide. With Tucky in a worse for wear state, we bravely soldiered on.
