We woud all like to think of ourselves as being couragegous, but the truth is when it comes down to it most of us aren't. It can be nerve-racking to step out of our comfort zone to speak the truth we know.

 In this first part of becoming courageous, we take a look at why it is so important for us to step out of our comfort zone and walk in obedience. 

John 15:18 - “If the world hates you, know that it has hated me before it hated you.

John 15:19 - If you were of the world, the world would love you as its own; but because you are not of the world, but I chose you out of the world, therefore the world hates you.

1 John 3:13 - Do not be surprised, brothers, that the world hates you.
