In this episode, we talk with Carl Fish, owner of Park Club Fitness in Perkasie.  In April 2020, Carl was chained inside his business by Bucks County Consumer Protection and Bucks County Health Department.   We discuss the events leading up to the government chaining his business, and what happened when his case finally went before a judge.  Bucks County Government has yet to accept any responsibility for their actions.
