Today, I'm so happy to have all my besties here with me as we talk about what our hearts have been carrying, especially with Valentine's Day around the corner. This February, let's choose and love ourselves by thinking about the emotions and memories we've been holding onto. I recently led a wonderful workshop with the Wild Minds Manifestation Community about honesty, presence, and gentle arrival, and I'm always learning along with you all. As we go forward, focus on identifying what you're carrying in your heart, giving yourself permission to feel it, and finding ways to support and forgive yourself. It's all about creating space for beautiful things to come in. I'm excited to hear your journeys and see how you're all doing.
