EP 4: Emotions are Gremlins

This is how I see it and I'm just telling it like it is. I've grown up and raised a daughter, been in and out of love, helped friends, lost friends, had careers and changed careers, 
And all I know I've learned is that I Can't save everyone But I can always be better than I was yesterday. 
People are either going to like you or not... who cares! 
So come have a little laughter, share in the gripe with me and join me on a collective journey to self (un)help because let’s face it the world is full of people trying to be your next guru…Im just going to be ME! And the best advice we can get, give, or take…is to JUST BE YOU!
