This week I interviewed Happiness at Work Champion Stephen Dargan.
For the past 12 years Stephen has championed organisations that create happier workplaces, working with leaders in organisations to shape a happier modern working environment.
He has ran 4 Happy Workplace Ireland conferences, where organisations as diverse as Tony’s Chocolonely, Innocent drinks and Airbnb have shared how they have transformed the world of work for the better.
This is actually how I met Stephen, as he took me in to present at the last conference, on the topic of "Heart-based Workplaces".
Stephen also presents the WOW at work Podcast (available on all platforms) where he talks to guests about how they are helping to transform the world of work for the better.
