Ten years ago, the Fashion industry was recruiting simply expertise, then they started to look for "Ambassadors" talent who could do the job and look the part, now we are entering the era of "believers" i.e. talent who can do the job but also believes in the brand, in the product or in the values of the company forcing talent and brands to know their values.
