Day 27+28/75 of MAKING:
(Thursday 24th July 2025, Friday below)
Actions:
* outreach workflow improvements (now just need to clean up URLs it scrapes, for better context)
* improved outreach message and placeholder (killer prompt)
* checked in with team on deliverables
Thoughts:
* today I „only“ had to work, which was a blessing. I enjoy the simplicity of singular focus. Hard as a dad to do. Had a friend look after Lottie so that helped tremendously.
Realizations:
* maybe hiring a developer for those n8n adjustments is worth while? Signed up for another automation Skool group that I hope to get support from.
* my ex mentor now pivots to Facebook ads after teaching thousands of agencies SEO. Crazy times! Good I am learning cold outreach and IG ads now.
What I want to do better tomorrow:
* nothing, today was awesome

* 5k steps (ok given I didn’t feel so healthy today)
