This week I had the pleasure of chatting with my good friend Lauren who shares the birth stories of her two daughters. She talks about the difference in her experiences of giving birth during a deployment in a hospital with her first vs having a home birth (in Germany!) with her second. Lauren is a licensed aromatherapist, all around crunchy mama, and advocate for mothers suffering from PPD (she even wrote a book about her experience).
