Welcome to Common Unity, in this episode we introduce Logan Dawson.  He started out working in traffic management and quickly become the manager of crews whilst still in his 20's, assisting in the rebuild of Christchurch.  Looking for change and no idea what he was going to do next, Logan found himself living in Tauranga with no job but the desire to start his own business for himself and his family.  What a journey those past 6 years have been since the inception of Road Safe Traffic Management.  I hope you enjoy the story as much as we enjoyed recording it for you.
