In this episode, I talk about my personal struggle with “gymtimidation” and body image. Specifically, when I first realized that I had an issue with my own body image, when I first noticed that my body type wasn’t “ideal.” I also discuss my experience with intimidation being a newbie at the gym.
There isn’t really much as much education packed into this episode, but I really hope that by talking about this, it can help some of you out there cope with your own personal issues and struggles with intimidation and/or body image and to especially know that you’re not alone and quite literally EVERYONE deals with this.
