In this episode I discuss some reflections of my own Personal and Spiritual Development journey. There's a LOT of shit out there and everyone these days is a coach - there's no quality control or standards set. This is both a helpful and useless (because yes, often it isn't either/or but AND) thing for the industry, because it's personal experience about life. But there's people who read and regurgitate and then there's people who go into their own internal trenches and bring back the diamonds and gold THEY FOUND and created.
