Devoting his research into developing a 4-day work week, Alex has spent two decades studying people and technology - working with governments and Fortune 500 companies, speaking at CIA Headquarters and Shakespeare's Globe Theatre.

In this episode Alex and I discuss the importance of rest for flow as well as setting up consistent routines and having a strong work / life balance, some insider knowledge on the future of tech and Alex's perspective on flow.
