today i (ally) was alone yet again, but i dived right into the topic of suicide prevention and how serious it is. i did shed a few tears talking about my week and how hard it gets being alone and having nobody in my corner. if you know anyone that is suicidal, please get them the help they need! we all need help. we can’t do all of this on our own.
