Ep. #4: Susan B. Anthony (With Special Guest: Danielle Asher (@dlo1886)

Listen Later

In this episode I dive into the life of Susan B. Anthony with the help of a special guest: Danielle Asher. She gives her insights an opinion of Anthony and talks about how her being the the first woman to do a lot of thing was big. Danielle is amazing person and I was so stoked to have her on as my first ever guest. She told us her story, I broke down some info about Anthony and then she gave here thoughts. We ultimately came to the conclusion that Susan B. Anthony was very fundamentally instrumental in giving women the right to vote. The law was originally called the Susan B. Anthony amendment before being eventually being changed to the 19th amendment. She is an icon and I felt she needed to be focused on. She deserves to be spotlighted because of everything she has done for women. Now we are still not were we should be with women. The gender pay gap is still different but Anthony was able to give women the right to vote. So this should inspire other women to fight for the gender pay gap to be changed and made equal all across the board. So, I do this to spotlight icons in our history that I feel made history. So I hope all of you enjoy this episode. Thrive & prosper!!
