Cause I mean, in the middle of lashing out, your immediate thought is never to check yourself. But think about how much the result of the situation could change if you did.

3. Sometimes you have to look in the mirror, bih! Holding yourself accountable is definitely the Right Idea, but making excuses and constantly placing blame will forever make you the Wrong B*tch!
