Today I interview Lindsey Valenzuela.

 

Lindsey is a 4x CrossFit Games athlete. She took the podium in 2013 earning a silver medal and just recently took 4th at the 2018 Granite Games in Minnesota.

 

Lindsey is the owner and founder of Autumo CrossFit in Moorpark CA. She is also married and has a 2 year old son named Arsenio. Very few athletes have experienced the sport’s evolution first hand like Lindsey has. Today we talk about how she has adapted to an ever changing sport and how she balances being a mother and an athlete.
