Ep. 4 : The HOW.

After 18 seasons of being a varsity basketball coach, I wanted to change course and move into the basketball training world. During my time as a high school coach, I was able to see high school, college, and NBA coaches who were experts in the area of shooting. In the state of Michigan, there are so many places players can go to get stronger, quicker, or to get a tighter handle. I felt like there was a major vacuum in shooting specific instruction. In the past 3 years, I have expanded the business to add another trainer, Denny Krynicki. We have now trained over 2,000 players from professionals all the way down to elementary kids. Many of the best high school shooters in the state train with #MakeShots each week. Our focus is on relationships and results. We pour our time and effort into players in order to most positively impact them as shooters and people. The #1 reason players continue to come to #MakeShots is the results they are getting based on the work we are putting in. We have run over 25 camps, high school and AAU practices, but the core of our work is 1-on-1 training sessions. We are based in the Grand Rapids area but train players from all over the state.
