Trauma is everywhere. It’s on our TikTok feeds, in every self-help book, and it’s practically the third wheel in conversations with friends. It’s kind of amazing that we’re even talking about it. We’re naming the patterns, breaking generational cycles, and giving ourselves permission to heal. That’s huge.
