[Ep. 4] The Unravelling - a solo cast
Today’s episode (episode 4) is a solo cast on what I like to call ‘The Unravelling’.
A very real, and often unsettling time in our lives when we experience a breakdown of everything we thought we knew about ourselves, our purpose, and our direction.
Others may know it as a ‘dark night of the soul’.
A ‘mental breakdown’.
A ‘spiritual awakening’.
A season in our lives where we feel upside down and inside out.
You may know this season well. You may have met your ‘unravelling’ multiple times.
Or perhaps you haven’t experienced this yourself – but you know someone who has.
Regardless of how familiar you are with this human experience; this episode is a message of hope.
For anyone who stumbles across this episode when they need it the most.
Because the more we share these very real, raw, and vulnerable experiences, the less alone we feel in our darkest hours.
