Ep. 4 | Wednesday Shenanigans: Jenna Ortega's Darkly Delightful Antics Reviewed!
In today's episode of After Dark with L.K. the HorrorNerd , we will be reviewing Wednesday, a horror/gothic-themed dark comedy show from Netflix and discussing the behind-the-scenes details, the diversity and how Jenna Ortega was unfortunately forced to do the ever-so-popular "Wednesday dance" that's taken over social media by storm (especially on TikTok) during a scene when she was infected with COVID and wasn't allowed to rest and take a break, and how Tim Burton should step down and let someone else direct/produce season 2 of Wednesday, since it's been confirmed that a second season is coming to Netflix, plus more!
While it's been a great show so far and I loved how they included Latino/Latina/Latinx representation on the show, I still wish they did better and I loved the storyline so far, and I hope that they don't try to make a lot of the characters look bad just based on the whole autism spectrum situation that has taken over social media over the last few years as of late, but otherwise, it's a great show so far that could use a bit of improvement and I loved it so far!
