This week is all about lining up a schedule and what goes into a schedule. Remember scheduling is one of the most important things that you can do but its more than just putting time slots on a piece of paper. You have to be able to define the activity, sequence all the activities, estimate time and duration of each and finally compile it all into a schedule. Remember all these these items are baselines and at anytime can get be modified and adjusted. Just with proper planning and even the most complicated projects can be planned out efficiently.
