He is looking to replace outgoing Congressman Mike Conaway in the rural West Texas district that has recently been hit hard by both the Coronvirus response and the collapse of the oil & gas markets. In this episode, we talk about what he is doing to stay engaged with constituents and what he plans to do to help the country recover if elected to serve in Congress.
