Hey koffee mates!! This week at the koffee shop we are joined by Dr. Arumala OB/GYN to discuss women's health ( WAP if you nasty lol). Dr. Arumala is based in Mansfield, Texas (has her own boutique style practice) and is also the host of her own podcast Pretty in Pink Pod. Dr. Arumala was such a gem for this brew - we discussed the use of "Yoni Products" and the history behind them (cleared up some myths behind them as well), disparities and the mistreatment of black women in healthcare. We also talked about infertility and women over 30 having options - and definitely got into the WAP talk and how to really get one lol.
