Journal prompts:
- How do you want to respond to the outcome of the election? (This prompt is not an invitation to vent. Venting isn’t bad - this just isn’t the intention here.)
- How will you create space for yourself post-election, regardless of outcome?
- What are you grateful for in your life right now?
- What makes you feel safe & comforted in your immediate environment? People? Places? Community?
- Think about a couple of years from now. Where will you be? What positive changes will have occurred by then?
- How does it feel to be in nature or doing anything else that allows you to feel calm in your body? Can you accomplish that at your will? How?
- Make a list of everything that makes you feel calm and grounded. What things enable you to unplug from the noise, frustration, fear, and overwhelm?
