I have been looking forward to this one, we have a good friend on, Junior Environment Artist Jason Ord on. We discuss how he was so successful going from university to his first studio, what the first week at Dambuster was like, our thoughts on the impact Megascans will have on the portfolio of younger artists and why he loves being a junior artist.
