It sometimes feels like Everyone is an expert on your dog's unwanted behaviour. Or at least everyone talks like they are. It can be confusing to know who to listen to. But finding someone who has done the work in training dogs, puppy, aggressive dogs, reactive dogs and had success is the person that makes the most sense to listen to.
